In 2006, together with the Diplomatic Academy of the Polish Institute of International Affairs (PIIA), we invited 24 young diplomats from 10 developing and transition countries for a one-month training course.

The participants of that training came from the following countries:

Central and Eastern Europe: Ukraine, Moldova

South Caucasus: Georgia

Africa: Mozambique, Kenya, Tanzania, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Angola, Togo
