The list of priority countries is stable since 2008. Since 2004 Afghanistan, Angola, Georgia, Moldova are Poland's priority ODA recipients. In 2005, the list was supplemented by Belarus, Ukraine and the Palestinian Autonomy. Apart from that, Poland is also trying to give assistance to other regions and countries. The Small Grants Fund for the African continent (including assistance given through Polish diplomatic missions or missionaries in such countries as e.g. Senegal, Sierra Leone, Mali, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, Rwanda, Burundi, Zambia, and Malawi) has been realising since 2004. |
